The Triumphant Theta Ruth chapter of Gamma Phi Delta Christian Fraternity, Inc. was established in the Spring of 1999 with the Men of Standard line at the University of Houston. The leader of this group was Ray Achilefu. This became the eighth chapter of Gamma Phi Delta to be chartered and marked a new beginning in the expansion of the ministry of G Phi D.
